3.2. Storage of Access Data in Server Logfiles

The provider of the website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server logfiles that your browser transmits to us. These are:

Browser type and version

Operating system used

Referrer URL

Hostname of the accessing computer

Time of the server request

IP address

This data is not combined with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in ensuring the technical error-free presentation and optimization of the website, which requires the collection of server logfiles.

3.3. Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device via the browser. They do not cause any harm. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

If you do not wish this, you can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and allow them only on a case-by-case basis. Deactivating cookies may limit the functionality of our website.

4. Web Analytics

Our website uses features of the web analysis service [Google Analytics, if used or other tools]. Cookies are used to analyze the use of the website by users. The information generated by this will be transmitted to the provider's server and stored there.

You can prevent this by setting your browser not to store cookies.

We have concluded an order data processing agreement with the provider.

Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest in accordance with the GDPR is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized.

4.1. Analysis Tools and Advertising

Google Analytics

This website uses features of the Google Analytics web analysis service. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies." These are text files stored on your computer that enable an analysis of the website usage. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

The storage of Google Analytics cookies is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both its website offerings and advertising.

IP Anonymization
We have enabled the IP anonymization feature on this website. This means that your IP address is shortened by Google within EU member states or other contracting states of the European Economic Area Agreement before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and then shortened. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities, and to provide other services related to website and internet use to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other Google data.

Browser Plugin
You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software; however, we point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all features of this website in full. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

Objection to Data Collection

You can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by adjusting your preferences under the "Cookies" section.

More information on handling user data in Google Analytics can be found in Google’s privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en.

Order Data Processing
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google and fully implement the strict requirements of data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

Demographic Features in Google Analytics
This website uses the "demographic features" function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be created that include information about the age, gender, and interests of website visitors. This data is sourced from interest-based advertising by Google and visitor data from third parties. This data cannot be attributed to any specific individual. You can disable this feature at any time through the ad settings in your Google account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as described in the "Objection to Data Collection" section.

Google Analytics Remarketing

Our websites use the functions of Google Analytics Remarketing in connection with the cross-device features of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

This feature links advertising audiences created with Google Analytics Remarketing with the cross-device features of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. In this way, interest-based, personalized advertisements that have been tailored to you based on your previous usage and surfing behavior on one device (e.g., mobile phone) can also be shown to you on another of your devices (e.g., tablet or PC).

If you have given the corresponding consent, Google links your web and app browser history with your Google account for this purpose. This allows the same personalized ads to be displayed on any device where you are logged into your Google account.

To support this function, Google Analytics collects Google-authenticated IDs of users, which are temporarily linked with our Google Analytics data to define and create audiences for cross-device advertising.

You can permanently object to cross-device remarketing/targeting by disabling personalized ads in your Google account; follow this link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/.

The collection of data in your Google account is based solely on your consent, which you can give or withdraw at Google (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). For data collection processes not linked to your Google account (e.g., because you do not have a Google account or have objected to linking), data collection is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest arises from the fact that the website operator has an interest in the anonymized analysis of website visitors for advertising purposes.

Google AdWords und Google Conversion-Tracking

This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google").

In the context of Google AdWords, we use the so-called conversion tracking. When you click on an ad displayed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is set. Cookies are small text files that the internet browser stores on the user's computer. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification of users. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.

Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked across AdWords customers' websites. The information collected via the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that allows them to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object to this usage by easily disabling the Google Conversion Tracking cookie via your internet browser settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

The storage of "conversion cookies" is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior to optimize both its website offerings and advertising.

More information about Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking can be found in Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.

You can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies, and allow cookies only on a case-by-case basis, exclude the acceptance of cookies for specific cases or generally, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. Deactivating cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on our websites. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

With reCAPTCHA, it is checked whether the data entry on our websites (e.g., in a contact form) is done by a human or an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. To analyze, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g., IP address, duration of the website visit, or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected in the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analysis runs completely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place.

Data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting his web offerings from abusive automated spying and spam.

Further information about Google reCAPTCHA and Google’s privacy policy can be found at the following links: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/ and https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/android.html.

Facebook Pixel

Our website uses the Facebook Pixel visitor action pixel for conversion measurement, Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook").

This allows the behavior of website visitors to be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider's website by clicking on a Facebook advertisement. In this way, the effectiveness of Facebook ads can be evaluated for statistical and market research purposes and future advertising measures can be optimized.

The data collected is anonymous for us as the operator of this website, and we cannot draw conclusions about the identity of users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook, so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook Data Usage Policy. This allows Facebook to display ads on Facebook pages as well as outside Facebook. This use of data cannot be influenced by us as the page operator.

In Facebook’s privacy policy, you will find more information on how to protect your privacy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

You can also disable the "Custom Audiences" remarketing feature in the ad settings under https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen. To do this, you must be logged into Facebook.

If you do not have a Facebook account, you can disable usage-based ads by Facebook on the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance website: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/.

You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, withdrawal, and objection. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
